What’s different this time, compared to all the other week one diets? Well for starters the hunger pangs aren’t as strong. Usually day one or two go well and by day 3 you’re feeling the burn. I do still have hunger cues but they are more easily distractible. Also, you just feel like you need to eat slower. The aforementioned banana felt more sticky. The glass of water sloshed around more. And so intuitively you take a break and wait to see if the satiety comes.
